When building or remodeling our home what could go wrong?
Anything can go wrong since you are dealing with people and products of all types!  No one builder, set of plans or written specification will ever be 100 percent perfect.  Still, you can do your due diligence to avoid some of the negative experiences we hear about.

Do I really save any money by hiring you as our consultant?
We have saved our clients significant losses due to the circumstances we outlined above.  We help prevent problems before it costs you big!  Our services are guaranteed in writing.

Can you help us in selecting our builder or remodeler?
Yes we could, but we would rather take a neutral stand.  We prefer to give you quality information for you to make your own choice.

We did not hire you before starting our project and we need help!  Is it too late?
It's never too late.  However, it may be harder to satisfy all parties the further into the project I start consulting with you.

What else should we know about your services?
Please understand that our services are guaranteed in writing! You will pay us when, and only when you are satisfied with our services! We want you to be to be happy and then recommend us to everyone!

We offer building/remodeling consulting as a service to homeowners and invite you to examine for yourself.  Many homeowners have hired us based solely on our experience and qualifications.

We also offer workshops and seminars for many businesses and homeowners in the area.

How much do you charge?
We charge by the hour or by the project.  If charging by the project it varies with the circumstances.

Do you offer legal advice?

We can help on all of the above, however, we are not attorneys.  For any official legal advice we must direct you to a practicing attorney.
